Developers Bring Eloy Promise Of Growth

The Eloy Enterprise reports that numerous new requests to rezone rural residential land into various residential densities is occurring in Eloy.

Most recently, Eloy approved recommendations for the development of the Campos La Palma master-planned community at Houser and La Palma. That property is controlled by The McRae Group. The development will have single-family residential, cluster housing and a 12-acre school site. The city council also annexed 482 acres at the southeast corner of Alsdorf and Toltec Buttes Road.
