Groups Call For Fissure Disclosure Legislation

The East Valley Tribune reports that Tom Farley, a lobbyist for the Arizona Association of Realtors, said the Association is working with state agencies to legislate increased disclosure of earth fissures, similar to the disclosures required for military airports. This stems from the recent cracks and earth fissures that have occurred in the area south of Queen Creek.
