Anthem Arizona Selling Faster Than Anticipated

The Arizona Republic reports that Pulte/Del Webb's Anthem development is projected to sell out by 2007, well ahead of its original 20-year build out that was projected when the project started in 1999.

At build-out, Anthem will have 12,000 homes. "It's pretty remarkable," said Jacque Petroulakis, Arizona director of public affairs for Pulte Homes. She attributes the development's success to the area's commercial amenities. Homes in Anthem are selling from the mid $200,000's to more than $500,000 and range from 1,200 to 4,400 square feet.
