The Arizona Republic, reports that Westcor and Signature Properties are planning a 20-acre parcel of land near Chandler Fashion Center, and the plan could include high-rise condos. Signature Properties is the company who recently won approval to build a 10-story Renaissance ClubSport Hotel where the top two floors will house 27 luxury condos. The article states that high-rise condos are building momentum in Phoenix and Tempe. Chandler Mayor Boyd Dunn said Chandler is ready to tap into the trend.
